Gotham City is in chaos after a captured and contained Joker reveals the truth behind the city's most feared moblord, Tony Zucco relating to his plans of destruction. With the help of Commissioner Jim Gordon, Batman sets out to destroy his organized crime in Gotham for good. But, as it would seem, the Joker had a plan up his sleeve that left Batman busy long enough to plan an escape from Arkham Asylum and back into the streets of Gotham - Now, our caped crusader finds himself cleaning up the city's mess with his high-tech weaponry, strength and intellect in this all-new virtual reboot of the batman saga!
STARRING:
Billionaire bachelor Bruce Wayne has struggled in life ever since the death of his parents; the painful memory carried with him every day of his life. In some ways, he thinks of himself only as the Dark Knight, believing the whole playboy fiasco is an act to keep the world from knowing his true identity. In BATMAN, Bruce will do everything he can to find and stabilize a balance in his life - that in between his duties as the caped crusader by night and his billionaire playboy by day.
When gangster mob lord Tony Zucco murdered his circus acrobat parents in order to obtain the charity money, Dick was left a bitter, cold young teen - angry and with a taste for revenge. Taken under Bruce's wing, he finally finds both a friend and a father figure that he can aspire to - and the birth of Robin will be made!
Alligning himself with the Batman, Commissioner Jim Gordon hopes to clean up the streets of Gotham and rid them of all criminal thugs and crime lords out there.
Alfred Pennyworth is a longtime buttler of the Wayne family and has always been there for Bruce from the time he was born to the time he grew up into the strong and noble man he is today. He is always there to give his opinion, and friendly advice, in hopes of guiding Master Bruce in the right direction. He has got some advanced fighting skills and stealth skills of his own, which he likes to keep to himself unless needed.
Taking a serious turn in the reboot of the BATMAN saga, the Joker finds himself locked away in Arkham after being caught out by Commissioner Gordon and his men. Being that of Batman's arch nemesis, he is the first, and only as of yet, villain from the DC Comics to take him on in the first year of Batman's career (excluding Harley Quinn).
Driven insanse by the love of her life, Harley Quinn became the witty henchman we all know and love - the Joker's right hand man (or to be more exact: woman). She has been known to outsmart Batman on several occassions and usually gets out of trouble playing the innocent, cute act.
Oh, boy! Isn't she something?! Selina Kyle, although not the most important character in the film, plays a key role in which leads her into the life of crime as the well known CATWOMAN! In this first installment to the BATMAN saga, she's very much the damsel in distress, but with her own perks, and strengths.
Explanation and Changes in the Story:
With most BATMAN films with the origin story involved are shown at the start of the movie, or explained through the entire film, I have decided to change that tradition. Inspired by the episode 'The Forgotten' from Batman: The Animated Series, the origin story will be told after Bruce suffers severely from memory loss. At this exact time, the Joker and Harley are wreaking havoc in Gotham while the Batman is nowhere to be found - the concept is taken from 'The Forgotten' however, all that happens in that episode will not appear in the film.
There are materials used from:
'Robin's Reckoning' another episode from BTAS.
'Hush' by Jeph Loeb.
The Robin origin is heavily dependant on that episode from BTAS whereas only a certain scene from Hush is used in the film.
Please, let me know what you think, I have written several scenes so far - and have an outline of the entire film. It should run for about 122 pages +
