10 years ago, the parents of Carrie and Rick Price were murdered the killer was never found, ten years later Carrie returns home to Hove Beach when a friend is murdered, suddenly murderes begin happening in the town and Carrie and Rick believe that the man who murdered there mother has returned.
CHARACTERS
Carrie Price (Maggie Grace) Carrie still suffers greatly over the loss of her parents, she returns to the town reluctantly, she blames Eliza for her parents death.
Rick Price(Matt Barr) Rick is the funny charming older brother who is secretly in love with Emily who is repulsed by him.
Emily Mortimer(Emma Watson) Emily is Carrie best friend being the only one who hadnt grown up in Hove Beach Emily often feels left out, especially by Eliza who seems to despise Emily.
Eliza Bennet(Megan Fox) Eliza is icy, cold and distant and blames Carrie for all her problems, she is dated Jay since they were 12, Jay is secretly in love with Carrie and her arrival thows there relationship into a spiral.
Jay Marchette(Dustin Millegan) Jay is having a more difficult time than the others since Terry was his best friend. he's secretly in love with Carrie and her arrival only puts more strain on his relationship with long time girlfriend Eliza.
Derek "Masse" Mason(Sam Jones III) Masse is the comic relief, and best friends with Rick
