Veraville High gets its latest arrival, Sam Cassiday, a young journalist-to-be. Joining the staff of the school paper, she is given her first assignment that leads her down a path she may later regret.
A town curfew has been set after the discovery of a serial killer, said to be at large. But, when Rachel's birthday bash arrives, Sam breaks the curvey; soon finding herself facing this myster murderer!
The biggest b*t*c*h of Veraville High arrives. When Rachel's cousin Laura shows up in the small town that is Veraville, she begins to stir up a lot of trouble. And when Sam tries to put her back in her place, things turn horribly wrong.
In Sex Ed glass, students are given a mechanical baby to take care of, and when Sam has no partner for the assignment she must act like a single parent. Meanwhile, Amy's newfound story leads her in the midst of the town's serial killer!
The entire class are forced to experience what life would feel like out in the woods. Carl admits his feelings for best-friend Sam and Josh and Rachel get busy in their tent!
In a fatal car crash, Sam is left with minor injuries but her parents, however, have been hospitalized; her father in a coma and her mother severely injured! Meanwhile, another death takes its toll and Veraville finally cries out for attention!
Sam's crush for Josh is revealed and when he finds himself feeling the same way about him, he decides to end things with Rachel. Realising the reason why he broke it off, Rachel hunts Sam down and the lashing out begins.
Sam's birthday is here! Rachel struggles to get back at Josh; Amy gives Sam her new assignment and her birthday will end with the worst possible news - the death of her father!
