Here you can discuss any spoilers about the VPN's upcoming continuation of Angel, with its sixth season arriving this July!
New! The producers have revealed a lot of new spoiler-y goodness for the sixth season of Angel. The first spoiler that was revealed was that this sixth season may be Angel's last season. And that creator "Jack Malone" wanted to wrap the show up nicely and that the show deserved a better, more event-packed send off!
New! The next spoiler revealed was the title of 5 new episodes, that may give clues as to what will happen before the mid-season finale break. The episodes are:
-Freak Like Me
-Live by the Sword
-Reward
-Back in Business
-Bloodlust
And the clues that were revealed for the episodes were, that someone will be returning for good, and someone will be leaving for good. Also, Los Angeles will be saved, but by who?
New! The last spoiler revealed to us by the producers of the sixth season was that Wesley is facing his "darkest hours" this season. The last time we saw him he was using Illyria to kill of Angel, and now his road will become much darker. Sure, he tries to move on throughout the course of the next few episodes, but something will tick him off after Los Angeles is saved that leaves him bitter and miserable! Will he be the character leaving so suddenly?
New! Jack Malone, writer of this Angel continuation, has decided to include a 3-4 week break between episodes 12 and 13 as a mid-season hiatus in hopes of getting more work done on his other series "Faith, the Vampire Slayer" premiering in september!! This said, fans can expect some spicy spoilers during the 3-4 week hiatus.
New! The official network poster for the upcoming continuation of the WB's hit television series, Angel, has arrived. And, it looks pretty darn spiffy.
Charisma Carpenter (left), Alexis Denisof (middle), David Boreanaz (right).
New! We caught up with James Marsters on the set of Angel last week and were able to schedule in some quick questions:
VP: So, looks like that ol' gang is back for a sixth season, huh? Can you give us any clues as to what is planned for us this year?
Marsters: Yep. Season Six is gonna be a pretty big year. Right now we're shooting the tenth episode, I believe, and its a big one. From what I can tell you is that we're no longer in hell, Angel's got his business back up and running, oh and I'm getting ready for another smack down with my boss, Angel.
VP: Sounds exciting! Any new or old characters joining you this year?
Marsters: Well to you they may be known as old characters but to me they're new; coz we have Kate (Rohm) returning, uh, Gwen's (Davalos) on the staff and the wonderful Charisma Carpenter!!
VP: Okay then. Cordelia fans like myself must be estatic! Anything you want to say to your fans....??
Marsters: Yeah. Thanks for getting this show back on the air, I am really happy to be back working with this cast. They're great friends. We have a really big season planned for you guys and hope you enjoy it as much as the previous ones.
VP: Thanks for sharing some time with us. Can't wait until July.
Marster: It was my pleasure.
New! Two members of the regular cast will not be back for a seventh season.
New! Many characters who have been guest stars in the earlier seasons of Angel have stepped up to regular cast members, such as Elisabeth Rohm (Kate Lockley) and Alexa Davalos (Gwen Raiden). But, the regular cast has been changed ... some may say ... dramatically.
New! The shocking death of the wonderful actor Andy Hallet has not affected his episode return. Luckily he was able to shoot his cameo appearance before he unexpectedly passed away this year. Hopefully his final appearance will be as memorable as writer/season creator Jack Malone had hoped. RIP Andy Hallet.
New! The hit television series Angel was originally aired on the WB but was cancelled at the end of 2004, after a good 5 year run. Now, the VPN has decided to do what the WB could not: get ready for an all new season of Angel coming this July. Keeping the show alive is the amazing cast: David Boreanaz, James Marsters, Amy Acker, Alexis Denisof, Vincent Karthieser, Elisabeth Rohm, Charisma Carpenter, J.August Richards, Alexa Davalos and many more.
